10. Shipping and Processing Times
Shipping time does not include processing time. Since all products are handmade with care, our processing times can average 7 to 10 business days. This is a small business with a limited number of employees, delays can surface. If there are any discrepancies with your billing address, address, or card used for you order, this can also cause delays so we kindly ask for all names and addresses to match to prevent further delay. Due to several delays with the current postage system, even after the package has left my hands, it may take longer than expected. Once the package has left our facility and has been taken to the postage service, we are no longer responsible for the package. It is up to the consumer to track and contact the postage system when necessary. Foreign countries charging import tax or requesting additional payment is not 21 Royalties LLC responsibility. Customers are responsible for any additional fees that may be charged during shipment or delivery. All Order for Black Friday & Cyber Monday will have 7-17 business processing time unless you purchase "Rush Shipping" with your order. Purchasing Rush Order will allow you to skip typical processing time and the NEXT SHIPMENT day your order will be shipped.
11. Refunds and Lost Packages
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging, and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
12. Route Package Protection
21Royalties LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged products if Route Package Protection is not purchased. Customers will be responsible for filing a claim with the delivery service used in shipping their order. It is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with route package protection regarding any loss damaged or stolen products. Once the package has left 21Royalties facilities, the customer is responsible for any claims that need to be processed. No refund will be issued upon lost or damaged items. 21Royalties LLC releases all responsibility when the package leaves our facility if Route Package Protection is not purchased.
