Instructions:

1. Take a picture of your hair to follow your journey
2. Apply a few drops of the serum directly to the scalp at night
3. Also, Apply serum to the ends of the hair at night
4. Massage the serum into the scalp & on the end of the hair
5. Apply serum 3-5 times a week or as needed
6. Best used on clean moist hair

For best results, apply drops to the scalp and end of the hair at night, so in the rising during the mitotic peak on the scalp, your hair and scalp can absorb all the oils and benefits of the oils. We also recommend this be applied to clean hair for maximum penetration.
